今天是我18歲的生日唷!!高興
以為你們不會幫我慶生 因為都沒有聽你們提起過

而且你們這次都沒有露出破綻 以為只會有一張卡片 或者是一封簡訊但...怎麼都沒想到會有巧克力蛋糕 很好吃 真的
而且今天買晚餐的時候 看到有學妹在拿定的蛋糕 

心想--也有人今天生日唷 真好都有蛋糕好吃

但怎麼也沒想到我也有ㄝ 真ㄉ好高興
來這裡的每次生日只有妳們會幫我過 家裡沒有過生日的習慣
而且在我印象中 生日有蛋糕的只有哥哥 我都沒有

ㄚㄚㄚ
今天真是刺激的一天ㄚ 心情就像洗三溫暖一樣 超緊張的
晚上洗完澡就在看達欣對台啤的球賽 一直杵在心情幾張的狀態下
直到台啤贏了 心情down到谷底 都快哭了 一直害怕裕隆也會和達欣一樣
但看裕隆ㄉ比賽又比達新緊漲 因為台銀一直窮追不捨 還給我打了2次得延長賽
因為宿舍有電視的限制 11點就不能看了 只好靠哥哥的實況轉播和是有同事的即時訊息
讓我們在同一時間知道比賽最新情況 好險裕隆終於贏了 心中終於放下了...鬆了一口氣
裕隆要加油唷!!一定要三連霸唷!!

今天內外實驗學CPCR 不難 但要做4次的心外按摩 每次30下 還要按到一定的力量跟深度

還佔總成績的70% 只要一考不好 就只有被當的名命運了 不管啦 要加油!!

 D.S.Lite支援的下載協定為 HTTP. FTP. 及 POP3. 其中. HTTP 及 FTP 通常可以利用 IE 或 FTP 軟體批次將檔案上傳至主機. 但是. 如果您要將檔案當成郵件的附件. 寄到某個電子郵件地址. 則必須使用 Outlook Express 之類的郵件軟體. 一個一個檔案慢慢寄. 實在是一件累人的事. 所以 D.S.Lite 的上傳功能. 只要簡單設定一下. 即可將一個或數個檔案批次寄給一位或多位收件者. 上傳的準備工作 既然是要寄電子郵件. 當然. 首先您要有電子郵件地址可以使用. 只要該郵件主機有支援 POP3 協定(就是可以使用 Outlook Express 收信). 不管是免費還是付費的電子郵箱. 都可以在 D.S.Lite 中使用. 在您申請完欲分享的電子郵件後. 開啟 D.S.Lite. 到 上傳任務(U) -> 加入新郵箱(D). 以下的各個欄位都寫得很清楚. 就不多加說明了. 郵箱管理各項說明加入新郵箱詳上圖. 不廢話了(^^")批次加入郵箱如果您在同一個郵件主機中. 有 user01 到 user10 這 10 個帳號. 那使用 加入新郵箱 功能. 相同的輸入程序要輸入 10 次. 而如果使用 批次加入郵箱 功能. 則只要輸入一次即可. D.S.Lite 便會開上傳. 若有檔案暫時不想上傳. 請按 暫停. 上傳時. 您的作業畫面可以不用停在 上傳作業 中. 仍然可以繼續您的下載或其他的動作. 並不影響. 上傳完畢後. 利用滑鼠圈選這次所上傳的檔案. 按右鍵. 選擇 產生D.S.代碼. D.S.Lite 即可自動幫您產生相對應的 D.S. 代碼. 省去您再輸入的麻煩. (產生 D.S. 代碼功能在郵箱管理中也有哦!)

如何建設一支高效的團隊
　　招來了合適的人該怎麼用呢?如何發揮出他們最大的價值呢?管理和領導到底哪個更重要，更切合當前的飾品加盟企業呢?

　　我們先把管理和領導做個簡單的界定，管理的特點是：利用制度管人;層級比較多，每個部門會有負責人和普通員工的區別;執行命令是自上而下。而領導的特點是：在制度管人的基礎上更強調老闆的人格魅力;只有兩個層級除了老闆就是員工，員工只有老員工和新員工之分，並沒有上下級的領導與被領導的關係;所有的指令都由老闆直接發出，組織架構是個圓，老闆在中間，員工圍著老闆轉，聽老闆調遣。

　　現階段，飾品加盟企業更應該採用領導的方式運作企業，理由如下：

　　其一，飾品加盟企業規模普遍較小，一般老闆一個人能夠照顧到，使老闆領導成為可能。

　　其二，領導的方式有利於內部團結。因為品牌加盟企業的員工一般比較年輕，都朝氣蓬勃、充滿鬥志，在他們上面隨便安個頭，會讓他們很不服氣：有什麼了不起啊，不就是比我早進公司幾天嗎，能力還沒有我強呢!這就會造成團隊的不團結。而老闆直接領導，想不服氣也不行。

　　其三，領導的方式提高效率。每個員工都是直接和領導溝通，省去了中間環節，提高企業運作效率。

　　獎勵為主，處罰為輔

　　“棒打出孝子，嚴師出高徒。”這是中國人一貫的思維模式，對人的教育也以懲罰、負面警示為主，以獎勵、正面引導為輔。很多公司也是這樣，動不動就是處罰。領導也是，如果哪天領導要找你談話，那你得小心了，肯定什麼事沒做好，又得挨批了。

　　研究表明正面激烈的作用比負面警示的作用大得多，因此，在公司規章制度的設定中，在和員工的當面溝通中，企業老闆都應該以鼓勵、讚揚為主，這樣員工才不會產生抵觸的情緒，才會放鬆心態、放下包袱輕鬆應戰，企業也才能得到快速的發展。

　　企業培訓是最好的投資

　　培訓是企業最好的投資，培訓是員工最大的福利。飾品企業必須要做好員工培訓和員工的職業規劃，才能確保團隊更有士氣，才能確保團隊更有戰鬥力，也才能夠確保團隊更加穩定，因為，員工的滿足感和對企業的歸屬感來自於兩方面，除了得到合理的報酬，最重要的是得到重視和認同，得到自身能力的提升。

企業上下如何溝通
　溝通不良幾乎是每個企業都存在的老毛病，企業的機構越是複雜，其溝通越是困難。往往基層的許多建設性意見未及回饋至高層決策者，便已被層層扼殺，而高層決策的傳達，常常也無法以原貌展現在所有人員之前。

　　而溝通的持續惡化，就是高層還在煮酒論英雄，而底層的士氣已經灰飛煙滅。

　　我們在輔導客戶改善溝通品質的過程中發現，雖然企業的情況千差萬別，但導致溝通不良的關鍵還是在於觀念與體制———其實觀念與體制的改變(或是改革)都並非難於登天———只要你願意花三分時間思考，七分時間實踐。以下即是我總結出的幾點行之有效的溝通改良方式與各位經理人共同分享。

　　一、方式的多樣化

　　企業的溝通最常見的是書面報告及口頭傳達，但前者最容易掉進層層評報、文山會海當中，失卻溝通的效率性，而後者則易為個人主觀意識所左右，無法客觀地傳達溝通內容。

　　企業開始為溝通不良所苦惱時，就應該採取不同以往的溝通方式進行改良。比如溝通效率過低，就應考慮設立專司溝通的部門，如溝通欠缺建設性，就應該反省企業內部教育是否滯後不前。

　　二、等距離溝通

　　高品質的溝通應建立在平等的根基之上，如果溝通者之間無法做到等距離，尤其是主管層對下屬員工不保持一視同仁的態度，期間所進行的溝通一定會產生相當多的副作用;獲得上司寵愛者自是心花怒放，怨言漸少，但與此同時，其餘的員工便產生對抗、猜疑和放棄溝通的消極情緒，溝通工作就會遭遇很大抵抗力。

　　保持同等的工作距離，不要和你的直接上司、下屬產生私人感情，將是溝通平等化、公開化的重要所在。

　　三、變單向溝通為雙向溝通

　　企業與員工的立場難免有不能共通之處，只有善用溝通的力量，及時調整雙方利益，才能夠使雙方能更好地發展，互為推動。在國內許多企業，溝通只是單向的，即只是領導同下傳達命令，下屬只是象徵地回饋意見，這樣的溝通不僅無助於決策層的監督與管理，時間一長，必然挫傷員工的積極性及歸屬感。所以，單向的溝通必須變為雙向的溝通。　　雙向溝通的方式有許多種，其中的關鍵是領導層尊重下屬員工的意見表達，切忌公開批評，即使員工所提建議不能被採納，也要肯定其主動性。如果建議可行，則要公開表揚，以示鼓勵。

　　四、提高溝通效率

　　上文提到溝通效率這一概念，其實，溝通效率類似於化學反應裏的分解速度：溝通是處理管理不當所引起矛盾的主要工具，如果溝通效率過低，當然就無法及時“分解”內部不良反應，此溝通也是低質溝通或無效溝通。

　　提高溝通效率最有效的方式就是明確溝通方向，這牽系到企業內部部門職能的清晰與否，如果企業職能清晰明確，那末，所有內部溝通便有相應的針對物件，而不至於如皮球般被東踢西扔，最終不了了之。為避免在溝通過程中因為利益的衝突而導致惡性溝通，企業還有必要設立一個獨立於各職能部門以外的監督部門，直屬決策者，負責協調內部的溝通工作。

　　五、改善溝通的素質與技巧。

　　一般而言，綜合素質較高的企業溝通品質也較好，而素質普遍偏低的企業如果略為加強溝通，也不會出現很大問題。溝通最困難的是內部人員素質參差不齊的企業類型，因為素質不等，所以，在同樣的溝通方式下，卻會產生各種不同的溝通反應，而根本的解決之道就是持續地開展內部再教育，讓企業員工的思想跟得上企業的發展，同時也推動企業尋求更大的突破。

　　溝通的技巧主要是因人而異，簡單地說，就是把員工分為3類對症下藥：

　　1、有能力而放任的人：以信任和放權為溝通的基礎，激發其責任感，促使其在責任感的驅使下改善溝通;

　　2、能力平平而紀律性甚好的人：主動指導，尤其是針對其薄弱之處，多作鼓勵，適當批評，讓其發現自身優缺點而主動溝通;

　　3、能力平平而紀律性甚差者：許多管理者對此類的員工都採取聽之任之或公開懲罰的溝通方式。其實，在這一群人中間，是最容易產生影響整體溝通品質問題的，聽之任之或公開懲罰在多次之下已經失卻效用，可以採用及時肯定及期許性鼓勵的溝通方式———榮譽比懲罰更能培養個人的責任感，只要培養其責任感，溝通就會水到渠成。

　　其實，溝通不僅是管理者最應具備的技巧，也是企業最需具備的基本體制。只有無阻力的溝通，才有企業無阻力的未來。

酒店打工如果跟酒店小姐講到『經營客人』很多小姐一定覺得很煩，因為不會經營的就覺得很累。 但是呢?經營客人百分之百是有好處的喔。 好處不外乎是節數增加，相對檯費也會增加。人氣也是旺起來的。 遇到了公司辦活動也不怕沒訂桌沒人點檯。

只是過程也許繁雜，但是只要用心經營，也就自然會變成習慣，熟能生巧了，也就不嫌麻煩了。 當然一些沙場老將有自己的一套的經營方式。 而我提供的方式也許可以給新進這行的人員參考參考喔。首先就是先準備兩支手機一支客用一支私用，再來是在下檯(出包廂)之餘勤做紀錄。 因為客人是一直在累積的，所以久了以後一定會忘記，例如:陳大哥是誰?楊大哥有沒有老婆?張大哥在做什麼工作的呢?陳老闆是什麼星座?所以要養成紀錄的習慣。

只要經常開懷大笑，一天三大笑，醫生就來不了，笑口常開，好運平安一定來！
多讓自己笑，好運連連；多讓別人笑，活絡人際。笑，真的具有不可思議的魔力呀，我們不禁要由衷地讚美它。

百善笑為先
笑，整個世界都會跟著你笑，哭，就只有你自己哭了。
有一位將軍去檢查身體，報告出來了，醫生沈重地跟他說：「將軍……您得了肝硬化。」
那位將軍一聽氣炸了， 醫生詫異地問他：「將軍，您聽了不覺得難過，反而這麼的生氣，是什麼緣故啊？」
將軍忿忿道：「哼哼，該硬的地方不硬，不該硬的地方卻硬了！」
還有一位年輕人，結婚多年膝下猶虛，就去做檢查，
醫生看了檢驗報告後跟他說：「先生，你無法生育喔！因為你都沒有精蟲。」年輕人聽了火冒三丈，醫生無辜地說：「你沒有精蟲無法生育，並不關我的事呀！」
